All devices are working well and 

there is no external signal of 

sensors or push buttons. The 

automatic guide is in Automatic or 

Open mode.

When activating sensors or 

push buttons, no leds turn on. 

Connection problem.

The led turns on only when there 

is detection of movement or 

presence by the interior sensor.

Malfunction on the radar or 

sensor if the led is permanently 

on.

The sensor detects movement 

or presence, but the led does not 

turn on, and the guide does not 

open the door.

The push-button may be deffective 

(continuity).

The push-button is permanently 

blocked in push position.

When activating the push buttons, 

the led does not turn on. The guide 

does not open the door.

The guide does not respond to 

the commands received from the 

remote control.

º Check the wiring connections of all the   

  accessories.

º The led turns off when detection ends.

º Check the sensor wiring connections.
  Check the adjustment and sensitivity of 
  the sensors connected. Disconnect / 

  connect the sensor.

º Check the wiring connections of all the 

  sensors.

º The led turns off when push button is
  released. Otherwise, replace the push 
  button.

º Disconnect the push button.

º Check the wiring connections of the push 
  buttons.
º Check that the antenna on the receiver is 

  not touching any element of the automatic  

  guide (cables, aluminium tracks, control  
  board).
