Trouble Shooting
Please check the following issues before sending to designated repair offices.
Symptoms Possible Causes Solutions
Machine doesn’t
work and display
panel is off
Not connected to the power
supply
Connect to the power supply
Blending jar is not installed
correctly Remove the blending jar and install it
onto the main machine again
Blade doesn’t rotate
Knob button has not been
pressed after the function
was selected
Press the function selection knob
button
Smells weird when
working
It’s normal when machine is
used for the first time
It will eliminate after several times of
use. If not, please contact the after-
sale department for help
Machine overload
Please check the processing quantity
of ingredients and processing time
according to the manual
Check whether the voltage is
the allowable voltage of the
machine(220V-240V)
Abnormal noise
occurs during
working
Blending jar or stable pad is
not installed in position
Turn off the machine and check
whether the jar and stable pad is in
position
Foreign objects in blending
jar Turn off the machine, check if there’s
foreign objects in blending jar
Notes: If any other failures occurred, which need professional tools, in order to avoid danger,
the machine must be repaired or replaced by manufacturer, other maintenance offices or
professionals from similar offices.
