Check Battery Status:
Please make sure that the device is
power on. Please fully charge it before use.
Check SIM Card Status:
If you are using the original SIM card,
please contact us to check for you. If not please make sure the
SIM you inserted support 2G network, and the APN has been
set.
Check Data Status:
The original SIM card has 200KB of free
data for testing. After running out, you need to Top-up in the
"JIMI SIM".
