- Open the VTT space by clicking on the icon
on your work
station
- Click on install
- Install the Biosflash software
It can then be used with VTT:
- in autonomous mode
or
- connected to a computer (acquisition software such as Compliss or
Generis is then necessary).

The sensor is bound to be recognized by the interface.
- Connect the console to your PC
- Connect the sensor on the console

3 Example of application: Photosynthesis
3.1 Use
- Cut up fresh
Cabomba
into small pieces 2-3 mm
- Place the pieces in the reactor chamber previously filled with the water
containing the Cabomba
- Place the chamber in the reactor
- Start agitation at moderate speed
- Insert the probes then quickly switch off the lights and start up data
acquisition
- Within ten minutes switch on the light, open the shutters, but do not switch
on a light too close to the chamber (10-15 cm minimum)
- Repeat the cycle
