WHEN HANDLING THE
CERAMICS
When assembling the ceramics on the
Deluxe Burner it is important to make
sure that pieces of ceramic are fitted
properly. The 2 pieces of ceramic that
go onto the front ceramic support tray
should be behind the stop lugs, not on
top or pushed down onto the lugs. If
these ceramics do not fit then a fine file
should be used across the whole of the
front edge of the ceramic pieces until
enough has been filed away so that they
lay flat on the base of the front ceramic
support tray and behind the stop lugs.
The same process should take place with
the two side cheeks. If they do not fit
then the outside edge of both ceramic
side cheeks should be filed down until
they fit correctly.
