Canister Handle Assembly
The parts required for this section are contained in
the Handle Hardware Package (PN: JC2CF-HD2).
Referring to Figure 12:
1. Loosen the setscrew (A) in the handle (B) with
a 4mm hex wrench.
2. Insert the handle tube (C) into the handle,
lining up the hole so the setscrew can pass
through.
3. Place the handle on the shaft (D) which is
located on the side of the canister, making sure
that the setscrew sits on the flat edge of the
shaft.
4. Place the lock washer (E) on the screw (F),
then thread the screw onto the end of the shaft
to secure the handle.
5. Tighten the screw (F) and setscrew (A).
Filter Bag Assembly
Referring to Figure 13:
1. Place the threaded end of the hanger (A) into
the tab (B) on the impeller housing.
2. Fasten with an M10 flat washer (C), M10 lock
washer (D) and M10 hex nut (E) and tighten
with a 17mm wrench.
3. Slide the filter bag loop (F) over the hanger
hook (G).
4. Place an 8" hose clamp (H) over the sleeve (J).
5. Slide the opening of the sleeve (J) over the port
(K) on the impeller housing and secure by
tightening the clamp with a screwdriver.
6. Thread the retainer strap (L) through the loops
on the filter bag and fasten to the collector
housing (M).
