If the flames have yellow tips, loosen the locking
nut and move the bolt in a clockwise direction.
WARNING
Burner adjustments should only be performed
after the burners have cooled.
Always tighten the locking nut before relighting
the burner.
Locking Nut
If the flames are making excessive noise or lifting,
loosen the locking nut and turn the bolt in a counter-
clockwise direction.
Remember to tighten the locking nut before
relighting the burner. If you have any questions

Adjustment Bolt

combustible materials/construction.

WARNING
1. The outdoor cooking gas appliance and its individual shutoff valve must be disconnected from the gas
supply piping system during any pressure testing of that system at test pressure in excess of ½psi
(3.5kpa).
