3 Handling of the door card: Doorboard alignment
3.1
Place the door card on a plane surface.
3.2
Dismount the loudspeakers attached to the doorboard for transport protection --> retain the screws for later assembly.
3.3
Place the panel without loudspeakers on the door card and align it:
Only precise alignment of the doorboards with the door card warrants optimal fit!
Reference points for alignment:
3.4
Reference point 1:
Adjust the “nose” on the upper edge of the doorboard (above the first woofer ) directly in the notch of the door card.
3.5
Reference point 2
Adjust the “nose” on the lower edge of the doorboard (under the first woofer) directly on the notch in the lower edge of the door
card.
3.6
Reference point 3
Adjust the “nose” on the lower edge of the doorboard (under the 3rd and 4th woofer) directly on the notch in the lower edge of the
door card.
3.7
Reference line 4:
The lower edge of the doorboard is parallel to the lower edge of the door card.
