Next, reinstall the tie down rings with the side mounts between the
washer on the tie down bolt and the bed. Leave it loose for now.

Finally, with everything roughly in place, position the panels however you
would like them and go back and tighten all the bolts that were left loose.
Try to keep the panels as close to vertical as possible.
