1) Select Go->Connect to Server
2) Enter “smb://router LAN port IP address”
3) Click Connect
3. Linux/Unix operating system
In case that Linux needs to connect to shared server, smbmount or mount command can
be used;
smbmount //router LAN port IP address/shared name/mnt /local directory-o
username=aaa,password=bbb
smbmount //router LAN port IP address/ mnt/local directory-o username=aaa%bbb
mount -t smbfs -o username=aaa,password=bbb //router LAN port IP address/shared
name/mnt/local directory
mount -t smbfs -o username=aaa%bbb //router LAN port IP address/shared name/mnt/local
directory
aaa and bbb are the user name and password of shared directory respectively.
Note:
The method for various Linux/Unix versions to access shared servers may differ. Please
refer to the user manual of your operating system for details.
4. Android/iOS smart mobile devices
App stores of mobile devices all provide software for accessing shared resources, which
can be searched to download.
Q 9: How to access to FTP file sharing?
1. FTP shared files can be accessed via any FTP client
2. With Windows IE browser, enter in address bar "FTP://router LAN port IP address: FTP
port" (such as FTP://192.168.1.1:21)
