9.
DECOMMISSIONING
The rules for handling waste electrical and electronic equipment are set out in the
Act of 11 September 2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (i.e. Polish
Journal of Laws of, of 2020, item 1622 as amended) and implementing regulations.
The marking of equipment with the crossed
-
out wheeled bin symbol indicates that
it is prohibited to place waste electrical and electronic equipment with other waste.
Hazardous components contained in electronic equipment may cause adverse
environmental changes as well as pose a hazard to human health.
A user who intends to dispose of waste equipment is obliged to hand it over to a
waste equipment collector.

authorise
d entities in this area operating in the country. The user of our products
who wishes to use this form of recycling should contact the sales department and
agree on the conditions of collection (time, place, weight of the equipment).
Sending electrical and
electronic waste to a collection body contributes to the
protection of the environment allowing to reuse, recover or recycle the equipment

DECLARATIONS OF CONFORMITY
To obtain a declaration of conformity , please contact the sales department. The
manufacturer shall ensure that a declaration of conformity
is provided.

PRODUCT DATABASE
From 1 March 2021, suppliers of direct

selling refrigeration units must register their
products in the European Product Register for Energy Labelling (EPREL). The
register is available in open access and it can be found at
https://eprel.ec.europa.eu/
