INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• The humidifier must be placed always over a flat surface.
• Remove the water tank (2), turn it and unscrew the lid (4) (Fig. A). Pour water inside.
• Place the tank (2) over the main body (8) and the lid (1) over the tank.
• Plug the appliance to the mains and turn the steam regulator switch (6) into the MAX indication till
getting the desired steam amount. Doing that the pilot (7) will light in green colour.
• After some seconds the steam goes out by the steam outlet (1).
• When the tank (2) is empty of water, the indicator light (7) will be in red colour and the steam flow
will stop.
• Fill the tank again. Please disconnect the appliance from the mains and set the switch (6) to the “0”
position before filling the tank.
• Do not move the appliance because the inner container could still have water and it could spill out.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning the appliance ensure the appliance is unplugged from the mains.
• Empty the water remains from the water tank and from the inner container if you are not going to
use the appliance for a long time.
• Clean the inner container with a cloth.
• It is really important to keep clean the oscillator (9) to remove some lime residues. To remove the
lime residues of the oscillator pour some drops of white vinegar and water. Wait for some seconds
and next remove the residues with a cloth or a soft brush.
• The exterior parts may be cleaned with a slightly dampened cloth.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products, metallic scourers, which may deteriorate the surfaces of
the appliance.
• Periodically and depending on the accumulated dust and impurities, you can clean the filter (10).
• To remove the filter, take out the lid by lifting up from the flange.
• Remove the filter, place it under the tap and leave it to dry well in the air.
• Once dried, place it in its original position and place again the lid by inserting first the two tabs and
finally press it.
• Before storage you must be sure that all the components of this appliance are totally dry.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement of the environment.
