Suspension in case of intermediate floor (horizontal belt)
Mount the suspension (ZMMT014762-856). This suspension is
only applicable in case of an intermediate floor, from which
the manure removal belt is suspended lengthwise between
two purlins. See
1.
Mount the suspension legs.
2.
Mount the upper braces.
a.
Decide the position of the brace.
b.
Where necessary, copy the holes of the
upright profile onto the brace.
c.
Drill the copied holes up to a diameter of
10 mm.
d.
Grind off the redundant part of the brace.
e.
Install the brace.
3.
Lift the manure removal belt to the correct position.
4.
Install the girders.
5.
Connect the manure removal belt to the girders.
a.
Decide the position of the girder.
b.
Copy the holes of the girder onto the side
profile of the manure removal belt.
c.
Drill the copied holes up to a diameter of
10 mm.
d.
Connect the manure removal belt to the
girders.
NOTE! To ensure free running of the belt, place for
each suspension a supporting roller under the
closest troughed idler at the drive unit side.
NOTE! Maximal center to center distance is 5 m.

Mount the overflow cap (ZMMT014762-822) at the inner side of the drive unit. See
