Side planks in case there is no funnel 

Mount the side planks (VUG017X095L3000), the side planks on the return unit (ZMMT014762-841) and the coupling 
set for side planks (ZMMT014762-836). See 

Figure 3.4

.

Mount the side plank set (ZMMT014762-841) on the return unit. 

2.

 

Mount the side planks over the entire manure removal belt length. 

 

NOTE! Make sure the top side  of the side  planks is at  the same  height as the  top side of the  side  plank 
supports. See detail A. 

a.

 

Copy the holes of the side plank supports onto the side planks. 

b.

 

Drill the copied holes up to a diameter of Ø 8 mm. 

c.

 

Fasten the side planks to the side plank supports. 

3.

 

Connect the side planks with each other by means of the coupling set for side planks (ZMMT014762-836).  

a.

 

Keep the angle iron in the correct way and at the correct place against the side planks that have to 
be connected. 

b.

 

Bolt the angle iron to both side planks. 

4.

 

Saw off the last side planks at the point equal to the front side of the drive unit.
