• Your pushchair has a safety harness to keep your child
safe at all times. Fit the belt onto the child whenever he
is using the pushchair.
• Adjust the strap’s length to fit your child firmly. Use the
strap adjustments to adjust the restraint system length.
• When your child is small use the lower position for the
shoulder straps. When he is older use the upper position.
The strap should be as perpendicular to the backrest as
possible when the restraint system is fastened.
• When changing from lower to upper position make sure
that the bottom bracket is correctly placed and pull to
confirm.

11- REMOVING THE UPHOLSTERY

• Each of the upholstery covers of the POWERTWIN is fas-
tened to the frame by 4 clasps and a strap with a Velcro
fastener located below the seats.

• Put the backrests into their most upright position.
• It is advisable to remove the hoods when folding the
chair.
• Remove any object from the basket that may hinder
the closing operation.
• Release the main locks on both sides of the handle-
bar, to start the folding movement.
• The left lock has an extra safety mechanism.
• Close the frame as explained until the folding safety
catch is activated.
10- FOLDING THE CHAIR
WARNING Avoid serious harm caused by falls by
always using the restraint system.
Always use the safety systems of your Jané product,
including the locking systems, brakes, 5-point restraint
system.
NEVER leave the child in this Jané product when the
restraint system is unfastened. The child could be
strangled by the loose straps.
