Connecting the XT1 to a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN)
To scan and connect to a wireless network:
1.
From the
Home
screen, touch
Settings
.
2.
Confirm that Wi-Fi is
ON
.

If
Wi-Fi
is
Off
(Figure 1), Touch the gray
Wi-Fi OFF button
to the right of the Wi-Fi heading which will change the Wi-Fi
ON
button to blue (Figure 2), indicating that Wi-Fi is on.
3.
Touch the
Wi-Fi heading
on the left (Figure 3).

The XT1 will scan for signals and the Wi-Fi networks within
range will be displayed, along with approximate signal
strength, connection status and the network’s security type.
