VI. CALIBRATION XYZ
ADVICE:
Before CALIBRATION XYZ do TEST XYZ first. Only if you notice any errors during the test, do the
calibration:
TEST XYZ
1.
Using SET button in
ADVANCE SCISSROS SETUP
go to option TEST XYZ and press DOWN & UP
simultaneously.
2.
Using
button on the front panel, place the scissors mechanism as close to the rope as possible,
remembering not to reach the rope. Once it is done, accept the setting by pressing
button.
3.
Now check calibration: The mechanism goes to one rope two times. Firstly, to the left side. The
successful calibration is when the rope is placed min.1 mm from the break.
The rope cannot be placed in the break or on its edge.
4.
Then the mechanism goes to the right side. The successful calibration is when the rope is placed min
1 mm from the razor (on the white part above the razor, not on the edge).
5.
Repeat the process with each rope. If during the test any rope was placed in the break or on its edge,
just remember the number of that rope, and continue the test till the last rope is tested.
6.
If all the ropes are tested, TEST XYZ is finished.
Attention: If any rope was placed wrongly (in the break or on its edge) you have to do CALIBRATION
XYZ but only with those wrongly calibrated ropes. To do so, follow the steps below.
To do CALIBRATION XYZ follow the steps:
1.
Turn on the machine and make sure that there is no credit.
2.
On the remote control press DOWN & UP buttons simultaneously to enter
ADVANCE SCISSROS
SETUP
. Now, using SET button go to CALIBRATION XYZ, and press again DOWN & UP buttos at
the same time to start calibration.
3.
Using
button on the front panel, place the scissors mechanism as close to the rope as possible,
remembering not to reach the rope. Once it is done, accept the setting by pressing
button.
4.
Calibration begins: Using
button on the front panel, place the rope on the mechanism on the left
side from the break but no farther than 1 mm. If it is done, press
.
(It is very important not to move the mechanism too many times while setting it. It is much better to move it
only few times, even if the rope is placed more than 1 mm from the break).
