- While maintaining pressure on the spring bar, tilt the strap section
outward to release it.
Refitting the folding clasp
- Place one end of the strap section spring bar in the appropriate clasp housing.
- With one hand hold the strap section in the housing, and take the tool in
the other hand. Position the tool vertically on the other end of the bar. Press
vertically.
- While maintaining pressure on the spring bar, bring the strap section back
against the clasp. Release the pressure on the bar at the last minute so that
the spring has time to insert the bar in its housing.
