upper limit.
Beep low
：
There is beep, when the item on the weighing pan is smaller than the
lower limit.
Beep in
：
There is beep, when the item on the weighing pan is between upper
and lower limits.
Beep out
：
There is beep, when the item on the weighing pan is smaller than the
lower limit or greater than the upper limit.
Note: the item on the weighing pan should be more than or equal to 20e.
