Remote Control
of the CINEBRATE is accomplished using by sending a command from the PC in ASCII (text) to
the instrument. This command is then executed, and the measurement results returned to the PC.
CINEBRATE is controlled from a personal computer over the Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface. This is
achieved by using a driver that parses appropriate ASCII (text) commands from the PC application then transmits
them over the USB I/F.
Note:
While CINEBRATE is in Remote Mode, the instruments touch screen is disabled.

Prior to commencing

installed on your Windows based PC running Windows XP (or later) operating systems. Please refer to the USB

Entering Remote Mode
To enter Remote Mode, send the word
“PHOTO” (must be capital letters). “REMOTE MODE” appears on the
CINEBRATE display.
