Q
(

) Attach the roof frame:
- (
detail 4
) to the glass profile,
- (
detail 4
) to the vertical wall profile,
Installing fixed glass panels
ATTENTION: in order to move the glass, use ONLY a
suitable suction lifter; the size should be suited to the
weight of the actual glass (75 kg). You must also use
suitable protective gloves.
Q
(
14-14a, details 1-2
) Place a small amount of silicone on
the plastic spacers and position them in pairs, as indicated:
- on the base frame,
- on the vertical wall profile,
- on the glass profile,
- on the roof frame.
The spacers should be positioned against the wall profiles (
part. 2
).
NOTE:
(
detail 1
)
the thickness of spacers varies: any glass perpen-
dicularity errors can therefore be corrected, for example, by placing
one spacer higher than the other.
Models with screen-printed glazing:
This glass, which features near transparent areas, must
be installed according to a specified order. Therefore,
refer to the drawings attached in order to identify the
correct assemble sequence.
NOTE: the screen-printed glass side must face inwards.
Q
(
15-15a, details 1-2
) After having measured the length,
cut sections from the sealant roll which must be applied to the:
- bottom glazing bead (f-i)
- vertical glazing bead (f-i)
- top glazing bead (f-i)
NOTE: it is recommended to cut approx. 5 cm more of the sealant
than the nominal length and then remove any remaining length
once assembly is complete.
Q
(
15-15a, details 3-4
) Position the small glass panel on
the plastic spacers and allow it to run so that it rests against the
spacers on the vertical profile.
Q
(
15-15a, detail 5
) Check the spirit level of the roof panel
(to
correct any perpendicularity errors, use spacers with a different thick-
ness).
Q
(
15-15a, detail 6
) Install the glazing beads
Q
(
16-16a, details 1-2
) After having measured the length, cut
some sections from the sealant roll which must be applied to the:
- bottom glazing bead (f-i)
- vertical glazing bead (f-v)
- top glazing bead (f-s)
NOTE: it is recommended to cut approx. 5 cm more of the sealant
than the nominal length and then remove any remaining length
once assembly is complete.
Q
(
16-16a, details 3-4
) Position the large glass panel on
the plastic spacers and allow it to run so that it rests against the
spacers on the vertical profile.
Q
(
16-16a, detail 5
) Check the spirit level of the roof panel
(to
correct any perpendicularity errors, use spacers with a different thick-
ness).
Q
(
16-16a, detail 6
) Install the glazing bead
(even on doors,
present on base and ceiling frames, if removed during their instal-
lation)
.
Installing the heater (models with Sauna)
Q
(
17, details 1-2
) Thread the sauna (S) and bio sauna (B)
power supply cables through the wall holes, positioning them in
the conduit behind the walls.
Q
(
17, detail 3
) Draw the cables to the electrical box, thread-
ing them in the relevant cable clamps.
Connect the cables to the provided terminals, as indicated.
Q
(
17, detail 4
) Attach the heater
(contained within its packag-
ing)
to the base wall, following the instructions already provided.
Q
(
18, details 1-2
) Where installation of the automatic filling
tank is planned, assemble the float and fix the tank on the heater
side, as indicated.
Q
(
18, details 3-4
) Connect the supply pipe (3/4”, coming
from the wall connection) to the tank, using a tap (not supplied);
then connect the tank to the heater, using the fitting (T) and the
tap (R) (supplied).
Q
(
18, detail 5
) Attach the heater to the bracket, as indicated.
Q
(
18, detail 6-7
) Use running water to wash the stones,
then dry them and place them on the heater, ensuring to leave
space between one stone and another.
Do not place the stones in layers! Always try and leave
space between stones, so that hot air coming from be-
low can circulate freely.
Installing the lower covers
including shower wall frame covers
If the shower has a door, the long cover must be repla-
ced with the one provided in the respective kit; refer to
the attached documentation.
Q
(
19-19a, details 1-2
) Remove the protective film from the
covers and position them as indicated, checking their alignment
(firstly, you must insert the “I” covers under the small glass panel
couplers).
NOTE: the correct position is obtained by inserting the frame (see
also the “Accessories” chapter) between the cover and the alumin-
ium profile.
