SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid the risk of personal injury when using the Morphosis™ Freestanding Bath, the following
basic precautions should always be taken. These instructions are not meant to cover every possible
or existing condition that may occur. Read and follow all instructions presented in this manual when
installing, maintaining, and operating the bath.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
CAUTION
: To avoid personal injury, always exercise caution when entering or exiting the bath.
DANGER
! To reduce the risk of injury, do not permit children to use bath unless they are closely
supervised by an adult at all times.
DANGER
: Only healthy adults should use the bath when the water temperature is between 100 and
10° F (38 to 40° C). Any temperature below 100° F is considered safe for longer duration (exceeding 10
to 15 minutes) for children. The water temperature in a bath should never exceed 104° F (40° C).
DANGER
: Excessive water temperature has a high potential for causing fetal damage during the early
months of pregnancy. Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should limit bath temperatures to 100° F
(38 °C).
DANGER
: Use of this bath may cause drowsiness and changes in heart rate and blood pressure.
Persons suffering from obesity, who have a medical history of heart disease, low or high blood
pressure, circulatory problems, or diabetes should consult a physician before using. Persons using
medications should consult a physician before using this bath.
DANGER
: The use of alcohol, drugs, or medications before or during bathing may lead to
unconsciousness and the possibility of drowning.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
: Prepare tools necessary before beginning installation. Do not place or store items or materials
in the bath during installation as you may damage the finish.
CAUTION
: Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath recommends having a certified plumbing technician install your
bath.
CAUTION
: To ensure that no damage has occurred to your bath during shipping, it is important to
check your bath prior to installation in your home.
CAUTION
: Move your new bath to a location that will not be damaged by water run-off. A driveway or
patio is suitable for testing your bath.
GENERAL EQUIPMENT
CAUTION
: Use this bath only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments
not recommended by the manufacturer.
DANGER
: Do not attempt to plug in or unplug the electrical devices while in or near a filled bath. Never
use or handle electrical devices while in or near a filled bath.
CAUTION
: Never drop or insert any objects into any openings.
