Optional Heater Installation
Draining anti-freeze.
Drain anti-freeze from engine before proceeding.

Installing the pressure fitting.
Locate the thermostat housing on the left side of
the engine. Remove the plug, and install the 3/8” NPT X 5/8” barb - 135° fitting.
This is the pressure fitting.

Installing the suction fitting.
Locate the water pump on right side of engine.
Remove the plug, and screw in 3/8NPT X 5/8” barb - 135° fitting. This is the
suction fitting.

Connecting heater hoses.
Locate the pressure heater hose (labeled) at the
base of left rear cab post. Route the hose into the engine bay. Connect hose to
the pressure fitting using one provided HS-10 hose clamp. Locate hose at the
right rear cab post, and route into engine toward the suction fitting. Connect hose
to suction fitting using one provided HS-10 hose clamp.
