6 OPERATION

Slide the M8 lockwasher (H) and M8 washer (G)
onto the M8 bolt (I), Apply a small amount of Shell
Darina R2 grease to the rear surfaces of collar (J).
5.
Install collar (J) onto pivot shaft, align holes so that
the M8 bolt (I) can locate and be tightened. Torque
bolt (I) to 45 Nm (33.2 ft lb).
6.
Slide the anti-vibration washer (K) onto M6 bolt (L),
Install pin (M) into the hole marked (N) through the
lift cylinder mounting hole and secure in place with
the M6 bolt (L) torque to 9 Nm (6.6 ft lb).
7.
Repeat instructions 1 to 6 for the left and centre
yoke assemblies.
8.
Lift and support the cutting unit to access the
carriage bolts from below the deck shell, remove all
six M10 Nyloc nuts (O), M10 washers (P) and M10
carriage bolts, do not discard.
9.
Position the cutting unit below the lift arm, then start
the engine and lower lift arm to the deck. Stop
engine and remove key from the ignition switch.
10.
Release the cutting unit motor from the vehicle. Do
not suspend the hydraulic motor by its hoses.
