Toaster operation
Normal mode
Plug the appliance into the wall outlet and put on the bread. The preset 
toasting level is 5. To change level, press   or   to select between toasting 
level 1 – 9. Press the ON/OFF button (C) to start toasting. Upon expiration of 
the selected toasting level, the LED lights will be extinguished.

Reheat mode
If you wish to reheat already toasted bread, press the REHEAT button (B) and 
press the ON/OFF button (C) again. All 9 LED lights will be flashing from left 
to right.

Defrost mode
Press the DEFROST button (B). To change level, press   or   to select between 
toasting level 1 – 9. The LED lights will be flashing. Press the ON/OFF button 
(C) to start defrosting.

Notice
The settings cannot be changed during operation. However, You can stop any 
operation by pressing the ON/OFF button (C), and the toasting level returns to 
your last selection. When the main power is switched off, the memory will be 
lost and the appliance returns to the default settings.

Positioning the appliance
• 

Always place the appliance on a level, dry, stable and heat-resistant 
surface.

• 

Always place the appliance at the back of a kitchen counter and in a safe 
distance from flammable objects such as curtains, table cloths or similar.

• 

The appliance must not be placed or stored near other heating sources.

• 

Do not cover. 

Maintenance
Keeping the appliance clean will ensure optimal toasting and a longer  
lifetime of the appliance.

• 

Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down.

• 

The appliance must be cleaned only with a non-abrasive, slightly 
dampened cloth, adding a few drops of neutral, non-aggressive  
detergent (never use solvents that damage the paint).

• 

Do not immerse the appliance or the power cord in water or any other 
liquid.

• 

Always dry the appliance parts by hand.

• 

Never use sharp metal utensils for cleaning the interior of the appliance.

• 

Unplug the appliance and empty the crumb tray (D) after each use.

• 

For inside cleaning, make sure that the power is off, and that the 
appliance is totally cooled down. Follow the instructions to remove  
the bread grill.

WARNINg: In order to avoid overheating,this appliance shall not be covered 
by any solid or flexible material such as an aluminum tray, aluminum foil or 
trays made of other heat resistant material. The use of such items or materials 
on the grill would impair the safety of your product and could lead to serious 
damage.

Caution: Lateral plate also can be very hot when the appliance is operating,  
and the power cord may not touch the metal plate of the bottom.

PRIOR TO FIRST USE
• 

Wipe the grill (F) and the external surfaces with a damp cloth and let  
the appliance dry. 

• 

Turn on the appliance, and allow it to complete an entire toasting cycle 
without any bread on the grill, in order to remove any oil residue from 
the manufacture.

Notice: The first few times you are using the appliance, you may experience 
a small amount of smoke or odour. This is due to the excess material from 
the manufacturing process being burnt off. It is completely normal, and the 
smoke/smell will soon disappear.

LEd display (E)
The display shows 9 LED lights, which light up according to the selected 
toasting level 1 – 9. When the power is on, all LED lights are flashing once,  
to indicate that the appliance is plugged in.
During toasting, the LED lights are counting down. e.g. when the display 
shows 0 LED lights, the toasting is complete. In DEFROST mode the LED lights 
will be flashing, i.e. when level 5 + DEFROST is selected, 5 LED lights are 
flashing. In REHEAT mode all 9 LED lights will be flashing from left to right.

UK

Removing the bread grill (F) for cleaning 
1.  Remove the plug from the wall outlet and allow the appliance to cool 

down.

2.  Press on the front of the bread grill and push forward. Lift up the front 

and remove the grill from the appliance.

3.  Wipe off the grill with a dry, soft cloth or wash in ordinary soap water,  

do not scrub the grill, this will damage the service of the grill.

4.  Do not immense the appliance in any liquid.
5.  Do not touch the heating rods.
6.  Clean inside by lightly wiping off crumbs or residue.
7.  Do not have power running at any circumstance.

 

Putting the bread grill (F) back into position 
1.  After cleaning (see above) the bread grill must be placed back into 

position before toasting.

2.  Fit the two legs into the respective holes and close the grill.
