OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
At the end of the workday/shift:
1. Close the door.
2.
When the unit completes the cycle, turn the unit off by pressing the Power
Button.
3. Open the door.
4. Remove and clean the pan strainers and set aside.
5.
Pull the drain handle to the open position and allow the water to drain.
WARNING:
The wash tank water will be hot!
6. Once the wash tub is drained, remove the suction strainer, clean, and set aside.
