SHUTDOWN

& CLEANING

1. 

Turn machine off by flipping the “OFF/ON/FILL” switch to the “OFF” position.

2.  Open door.

3. 

Remove drain stopper and allow tub to drain (

WARNING!

 

Wash tank water will 

be hot)

.

4. 

Remove sump strainer and pan strainer.

5.  Use a hand-scraper to scrape foodsoil into a trash basket.

6.  Rinse and replace.
7. 

Unscrew wash/rinse arms from their manifolds.
