Turning On Your Earbuds
The right earbud is the “master” earbud and the left is secondary. In most cases, both earbuds will turn on
automatically when you remove them from the charging case or turn on the right earbud. Sometimes, however,
you may need to turn on the left earbud separately. Listen to each or check the Jabra Sound+ app to ensure that
both are turned on. In the app, the L and R icons will be yellow when the earbuds are on.
Both earbuds will automatically turn themselves off when you place them back in the charging case.
Avoiding Interference
Your Jabra earbuds incorporate third-generation True Wireless technology. Because they connect to your
device via Bluetooth, you may experience interference or a signal drop-out when near areas with highly
magnetic transmitters – such as store security barriers or train doors, for instance. This is normal. Your
earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device within seconds whenever this occurs.
As True Wireless technology evolves, we will continue to improve your earbuds by releasing new firmware. Be
sure to download the Jabra Sound+ app, which will notify you when new updates are available.
