Your LaneBlade® is designed to clear roadway
debris weighing less than 150 pounds at less than
20mph. Manufactured from heavy-duty steel
construction and finished with a corrosion-
resistant powder coat, the LaneBlade® will provide
service for years to come.
DIAGRAM OF THE LANEBLADE®
VEHICLE MOUNT
The LaneBlade® is attached to your vehicle by the
J-Tech vehicle mount. The mount is designed for
your specific vehicle and is bolted to the underside
of the vehicle frame. This vehicle mount provides
the primary connecting point between the
LaneBlade® and your vehicle.

The LaneBlade® is 41" from bottom of the blade to
the top of the grille. It is 45" from the bottom of
blade to top of cowling.
The LaneBlade® weighs 650lbs.
When in the stowed position, the LaneBlade® is
approximately 8.5" from the ground.
WINGS
The LaneBlade® wings are 35° from the maul board
when stowed. They travel 75° to their fully
deployed position. When fully deployed, they are
40° from the maul board. These angles have a +/-
5° tolerance.
The wings are attached to the maul board with
heavy-duty, 1" hinge pins, which allow the wings to
extend and retract.
CAPACITY
The LaneBlade® is designed to push debris
weighing 150 pounds at a maximum speed of 20
mph.
SAFE DEPLOYMENT SPEED CONTROL
To limit high-speed impact situations, the
LaneBlade® will not deploy if the vehicle is
traveling more than 20mph. Speed can be
adjusted after deployment.
If the Safe Deployment Speed
Control is not working, contact J-
Tech immediately for repair information. Do not
use LaneBlade® if the Safe Deployment Speed
Control function is not working.
With the LaneBlade® deployed, do
not exceed 20mph.
Do not make contact with debris
at more than 20mph.
