Deploy and stow the LaneBlade® several
times.
6.
With the LaneBlade® in its stowed position,
check the fluid level. Add fluid as needed.
7.
Repeat these steps until fluid reaches the
FILL line.
BLADE MEASUREMENT AND
REPLACEMENT
Your LaneBlade® blade is a wear item. To prevent
damage to the LaneBlade®, you must measure the
distance from the bottom to the top of the blade.
If any point along the length of the blade is less
than 3/8 of an inch, the blade must be replaced.
Contact J-Tech for a replacement blade and
procedure.
Do not operate LaneBlade® with
any part of the blade less than 3/8
of an inch.
AIMING THE CAMERA
AND MONITOR
1.
Park vehicle in a safe and level surface. The
vehicle should be equipped for normal
operation.
2.
Aim the monitor so the driver has an
unobstructed view of both the monitor and
the windshield.
3.
With the LaneBlade® and the wings fully
deployed, aim the camera so the field of
view displays the maul board of the
LaneBlade®.
FUSE AND CIRCUIT BREAKER
REPLACE/RESET
To reset the hydraulic pump circuit breaker, locate
it near the vehicle’s battery. Reset it by pressing
the switch to the ON position.
To replace the DVR and Camera system fuse, locate
it near the vehicle’s battery. Remove and replace
the fuse with a fuse of the same type and
amperage.
VEHICLE
Maintain and service the vehicle as recommended
by the manufacturer.
Maintain tire pressure as recommended by the
vehicle’s manufacturer.
