6. Installation
1. Open the wooden box and read the manual carefully, check that the equipment
comes complete according to the packing list and the label name.
2. Remove the reactor body and frame from the box, with the roller facing down
and the wheels blocked.
3. Slowly fill the condenser with water to clean, and place at the installation area.
4. The motor mounting bolts are extended on the motor support, the two-bar
stirrer, upto the hole. Depending on the position shown in figure (1), explosion-
proof motor or simple motor, the explosion-proof electrical control boxes are
attached to the rack.
5. Screw the 4-butterfly nut into the upper tray, upto the release position, remove
the adhesive tape, remove the container lid and the sealing gasket from the
container.
6. Remove the lock nut, the locking sleeve, and the F4 sealing ring from the
top of the container.
7. The body is connected to the container, cover all parts with vacuum silicone
grease; cover the stirring blades in the container body with the F4 seal of the
upper part of the container; Place the stirring blade on the contaniner lid with a
stirring bearing, the cover and the concentric body, the 4 screws in the central
tray, the butterfly nuts and the blades, tightly fixed.
8. Leave a distance of more than 20mm between the bottom of the agitation
blade and the bottom of the container, place the bearings, the fastening assembly,
tighten the stirrer bearing nut on the agitation blade and fix it securely.
9. Connect the rotary motor and the agitation blade with a universal joint and
fix it. The start-up should be a flexible rotation, without rim.
10. The feed valves, the sensors, the solid feed port plug, the constant pressure
funnel and the condenser dispenser are inserted into the container lid; the
capacitor inside the capacitor dispenser, all well fixed respectively. The glass is
installed according to the position shown in figure (1).
11. The discharge port and the discharge valve for cleaning, covered with vacuum
grease, fixed with a flange. Close them and add water for the test.
12. The vacuum gauge is fixed to the frame. The pumping port of the vacuum
table is connected to the pumping hole of the condenser; and the pumping port
is connected to the vacuum pump.
13. The cooling water inlet is connected below the condenser loop interface,
from the top of the capacitor.
14. The circular import is under the reactor body, while the circular export is in
the upper part.
15. Check if the rotation speed is constant after activating the equipment, and
adjust the concentricity according to the actual conditions.
16. The temperature control device must be firmly connected to the reaction
vessel according to Figure (2), without leakage.
