8.2 MOVEMENT CHANGES
Placement of different safts envolved in the movement changes.
8.3 HOW TO CHANGE FROM ORBITAL INTO SHAKER MOVEMENT
* Remove the platform by unscrewing the 4 Allen screws (and 4 washers) with a
5 mm Allen key by lifting it vertically.
* Loosen and remove the nut and washer of the eccentric shaft (4) with a 10mm
key.
* Loosen and remove the nut and dowel screw collar (5).
* Remove the dowel O-ring gasket (1).
* Remove P1 piece from its housing (2-4) and place it between 1 and 5, trying to
keep its initial position (swinging collar in 2 and the cavity produced because of
the thickness difference between the piece and radial bearing at the top).
* Place a nut and washer on the dowel screw (5) and tighten slightly with a 10mm
key.
* Place the collar and the remaining nut in the eccentric shaft (4) and tighten
slightly with a 10mm key.
* Place the O-ring gasket in the dowel (2).
* Replace the platform and tighten the 4 Allen screws with their washers.
