INSTALL WHEEL

Install straight grinding wheels with the
lock nut

so that the flange points away
from the machine.
Press and hold the spindle lock button

and tighten the lock nut

wrench.

Remove the grinding guard

, by pulling it
straight upwards.
Make sure that the locating slots on both
the machine and the guard are properly
aligned before pulling.

The tool will then be in lock on position. To
switch off the tool, press and release the
on / off switch

CHANGE GUARD
Remove the grinding wheel, press the
guard lock lever

and rotate the grinding
guard

into the position shown.

ADJUST GUARD
Press the guard lock lever

and keep it
pressed.

ON / OFF SWITCH
To switch on the tool, push the small le-
ver forward and then press the on / off
switch

Rotate the grinding guard

into the desired position. Make sure that
the guard lock lever

Press the guard lock lever

pressed. Rotate the cutting guard clock-
wise into the desired position. Make sure
that the guard lock lever

is engaged in
the cutting guard.

Install the cutting guard (accessory) by
pushing it on the machine in the position
shown.
Make sure that the locating slots on both
the machine and the guard are properly
aligned before pushing.
