2.2 STARTING FIG.
Please follow the valid national safety rules and turn to authorised personnel.
Install the machine on a shelf perfectly level, dry, smooth and robust.
To ensure smooth operation, the device must be installed in places where the
ambient temperature is between a temperature of +10 ° C ~ +32 ° C and humidity
not exceed 70%
This coffee machine will be supplied with cold water for drinking.
Between the water network and the ingress of water into the car (point 14 page 7), must be
installed a stop key in such a way as to interrupt the passage of water in case of necessity.
The operating water pressure must be between 2 and 4 bars.
If the water pressure is not within these limits, there may be a device failure and malfunction of
the machine in terms of coffee. It is advisable to install a water softener in order to reduce the
presence of solids due to the limestone.
These devices must comply with the applicable national standards.
If the water pressure is not enough, or there is the impossibility of being connected with the water
network, it is possible to mount a motor pump (optional) and load the water into the boiler
through a tank or the outer container (page 10 ).
After having connected load for water you need to attach your hose to drain (page 10).
When connecting the drain pipe, check that:
- There are no limitations for the entire length of the exhaust pipe
- The exhaust pipe has a slope of at least 15%.
It is appropriate to provide that the discharge is made directly into the siphon.
Before using the machine for coffee My Way mod. Alex Lever ensure that:
- The knobs of water and steam valves are closed (point 5, page 7)
- The switch is in position "0" or "OFF" (paragraph 8, page 7)
- The bottom tank must be positioned correctly. (point 13, page 7)
When the coffee machine is properly connected to the mains water supply, you can proceed with
the start by pressing the switch in position 1 (point 8 on page 7).
Before you can proceed to the coffee you must wait until the machine reaches the working
pressure in the boiler, the pressure gauge should reach between 1.4 and 1.6 bar.
