Troubleshooting

If you have a problem operating your camera, read this section first. If you still
cannot find the solution, contact our support desk at 

[email protected]

The camera has no power.

Possible Cause 

Solution

The camera is turned off.

Hold down the 

Power

 button until

the 

Power light

 displays.

The batteries are weak or dead.

Replace the batteries.

The batteries are not properly
inserted.

Remove the batteries and insert
them according to the instructions on 
page 7.

The Power saver has switched
the power off.

Press the 

Power

 button again.

The orange light is on but the shutter button does not work.

Possible Cause 

Solution

The camera is off. The orange
light indicates that the Flash is
still discharging.

Hold down the 

Power

 button until

the green 

Power light

 displays.

The power is on but the shutter button does not work.

Possible Cause 

Solution

The camera is still capturing a
photo.

Wait until the tone sounds, indicating 
that the photo has been captured.

The memory is full.

Clear the memory according to the
instructions on page 12.
