3.6.5 Set  SCSI IDs 

You must a ssign a  different SCSI ID to ea ch device on the SCSI bus 
connected to this motherboa rd. See your SCSI device documentation for 
directions on how to determine the ID a nd cha nge it.

Ultra / Fa st SCSI devices tha t connect to this ma inboa rd's SCSI 
connector ca n be a ssigned ID from 0 to 7. Norma lly, the host will  use 
ID7. Or  reference to Cha pter 5 for more informa tion.

The SCSI ID0 is best use for SCSI ha rd disk to be used a s your 
computer's boot device, ID1 is best reserved for a  seconda ry SCSI
