The AGP Slot
Function:
The AGP slot is for installing an AGP interface
video display card.
Description:
The AGP slot is a high-speed slot exclusively
designed for an AGP video display card. It is AGP 3.0
compliant. The AGP slot supports three types of AGP card:
• AGP 4X
• AGP 8X
• AGP Pro
The slot only supports 1.5V devices. Do not use a 3.3V
AGP card with this motherboard. The AGP slot is extended
to include support for AGP Pro cards using up to 50 watts
of power.
