Checking
1. Whether the machine is connected to standard to earth.
2. Whether all the connections are well-connected. (esp. that between the earth clamp
and the work piece)
3. Whether the output of the electrode holder and earth cable is short-circuited.
4. Whether the pole of the output is correct.

welding splash may cause fire, so make sure there is no flammable materials nearby.

Control Panel
Program numbers
Displays number 0 to 9 of the corresponding welding parameter. Operators can save
and load relative welding parameter by welding requirement.
1. Save: Pressing on the key, the number will flash for three seconds. During this time, the
present welding parameters displaying on the windows will be saved with the same
number.
2. “Num” selection key: Pressing on the key, the number of corresponding welding param-
eter will be displayed from 0 to 9 in turn.
3. Load: Pressing on the key, the welding parameters which are represented by present
number will display on the windows to be ready for using. While loading, the PROG lamp
will light on and the represented welding parameters are not adjustable.
Repress the key to quit the parameters loading.
