Presence Detecting
Many users forget to turn off the device at the end of the day, or waste energy
since they don’t stay at the same place during the day. Presence detecting
system is operated automatically with the pressure put on the upper surface of
the device. If the appliance does not detect any users (e.g. no pressure is applied
on the appliance) for one hour during operation at the first or second setting,
it enters stand-by mode and stops heating. This feature helps reduce energy
consumption significantly during a typical use scenario.
Running the Device Continuously (at Turbo Timer Mode)
When rapid heating is required, the appliance may be switched to the Turbo
Timer mode, enabling eight hour continuous operation at maximum power. After
eight hours, the appliance returns to the last power setting and user detection is
reactivated.
In order to use the appliance at Turbo Timer, press the Turbo Timer button on the
remote controller when the Foot Warmer is operating at the first or second power
setting. Press the same button to turn off Turbo Timer. After Turbo Timer is turned
off, the Foot Warmer returns to the last power setting. The Turbo Timer indicator
on the panel lights up when the device is operating in Turbo Timer mode.
Turning Off the Device
The Foot Warmer can be turned off in two ways:
1- Automatically, when no pressure is applied on the device for one hour.
2- By pressing the POWER button on the remote controller.
Attention:
Unless the device is not plugged out, the stand-by light on the device
will be on.
