1.1 General description
This manual describes procedures for using "itoh Configurator for Ethernet/IP and Profinet"
(hereinafter referred to as iCEP), which is an Itoh PC application used to configure and program the
IB-P05 controller. Ladder logic created using iCEP can be added to an IB-P05.
The procedures for creating ladder logic will be described in attached iCEP manual.
* Hereinafter IB-P05 is described as "IB” . Refer to “iCEP User Manual” for instructions for using
Itoh’s iCEP software.
1) General:
Required enclosure structure in general.
As far as general motorized roller conveyor, driver card and its wiring are protected by the enclosure that is
composed of conveyor frame and frame cover as drawing below. Due to this enclosure, the worker has to use
tooling for intentional opening the frame cover.
The protective level of this enclosure must to be conformed
to UL50 Type 1 or over.
