Remove the spark plug, then pour a tablespoon of clean engine oil 
into the cylinder.  

4.

 

Slowly pull the easy recoil pull start 5 times until you feel pressure 
and then refit the spark plug. This will raise the pistons and help with 
compression stroke and prevent the engine from rusting.
