Where can I buy itBike?

ItBike is establishing a global authorized dealer network.  Please e-mail us at
[email protected] and we can assist you to find an authorized dealer. Our authorized dealers
are chosen on their ability to both sell our product and also to service customers. This means
that itBike dealers are trained on itBike features, service, product usage, safety issues, and
exercise benefits.  itBike offers you a Total Product Experience. To us, this starts at the
design stage and it never ends. Every e-mail you send to our dealers or to us must be taken
care of. Every inch of our product must perform well, and get better year after year. Please
do not buy an itBike from an unauthorized dealer. This will invalidate the itBike warranty.

TECHNOLOGY AND CONSTRUCTION

What kind of bike frame is used on the itBike?

itBike incorporates a lightweight, all aluminum bike frame that was custom designed for
application on the water. The itBike frame is very sturdy. In the itBike photos, you can
observe very solid support structures that provide a safe, solid and comfortable ride.

Does itBike come in different colors?

No. However, if you are a corporate account and plan to purchase in volumes, we can make
special colors and designs for you.

What is the technology used in the itBike hull construction?

itBike has worked with a world leading Fiberglass Company to design and develop the
itBike. itBike uses Single Skin Construction Technology (SKCT). itBike uses a full layer of
Triaxial Glass and conventional glass weave. The itBike hull is very effective in strength
impact test by blunt objects.  The SKCT has enabled itBike to offer a lightweight hull,
weighing less than 45 pounds (21 kilos). This enables most adults to easily move the itBike
to the water.
