This key allows to select the cycle to be carried out.
The following cycles are available:
- Custard
- Fruit
-
Ice Cream
-
Gelato mix&go

Fruit mix&go
- Granita
Press Freezing key to display the first cycle. Now you can select the cycle to be
launched within 5" using Increase and Decrease keys (e.g.: Fruit) that will be
automatically run after 5" or by pressing Freezing key.
The last performed cycle is the first suggested in a following freezing.
While in case of blackout the first suggested cycle is a Custard cycle.
Custard, Fruit and Ice Cream Cycles
The display will read:

On the second line the display shows the product consistency, the consistency to
be reached on the right and the consistency ramp at the center. The last digit refers
to the speed set for beater.
By pressing Freezing key, Increase and Decrease LEDs turn on and it is possible to
edit the consistency Set, editable with Increase and Decrease keys within 10". The
consistency set will be re-proposed when the cycle is run again.
If Freezing is held depressed for 5" or step U13 is set to “YES”, the following
message will appear:

The second line displays, from LH to RH:

decreasing timer value

Set consistency
Freezing speed varies during cycle.
Once the desired consistency is reached an intermittent acoustic signal activates, to
indicate that ice cream is ready.
Ice cream extraction will be easier by shifting directly to fast mixing through
Extraction key

Mix&Go cycles
By selecting these cycles a fast mixing is carried out for the time set in U14; in this
phase the display will show:

When the time is out, the corresponding freezing cycle will start.
