Preparing the cassettes

Switch the pump off
2 Remove the cassette by
slightly pressing the release
lever on both sides of the
pump.
3 The cassettes have slits on
both sides. Insert a cassette
adaptor into the slit on each
side of the cassette.
Press the adaptor firmly
against the bottom of the slit.

The better you insert the
adaptor the easier you can
insert the cassettes loaded
with the tubing.
Inserting the tubing
1 Insert the tubing (2-stop type)
with one stop into an adaptor.
Stretch the tubing slightly so
that it can be inserted with the
second stop into the other
adaptor.

Ensure that the tube is not
twisted.
2 Reinsert all cassettes into the
pump. Ensure that they snap
in on both sides.

The direction of the arrow
engraved on the cassette
indicates the flow direction
providing the least pulsation
3 Switch the pump on and
start it

When the pump is idle, we
recommend you to release the
tubes from pressure by
disengaging all cassettes on
one side.

Pumpe ausschalten

eindrücken und Kassetten
nach oben herausnehmen
3 Die Kassetten haben beidseitig
eine Nut.
Schieben Sie links und rechts
je einen Kassettenadapter in
die Nut.

Achten Sie darauf, dass
die Adapter vollständig bis
zum Anschlag eingeschoben
sind.
Schläuche einlegen
1 Schlauch (2 Color Code
Stopper) mit einem Reiter
in einen Adapter einsetzen.
Den Schlauch leicht
spannen und mit dem
zweiten Reiter in den
andern Adapter einsetzen.

Achten Sie darauf, dass
der Schlauch zwischen den
Reitern nicht verdreht ist.
2 Alle Kassetten auf die Pumpe
zurücksetzen und beidseitig
einklinken

Pfeilrichtung auf Kassette
entspricht Fließrichtung mit
minimaler Pulsation
3 Pumpe einschalten und
starten

Bei längerem Stillstand emp-
fehlen wir, die Kassetten zur
Schlauchentlastung auf einer
Seite auszuklinken.

Préparer les cassettes

Mettre la pompe hors
service
2 Extraire la cassette en pressant
légèrement le levier de déga-
gement sur les deux côtés de
la pompe.
3 Des fentes se trouvent sur les
deux côtés des cassettes.
Introduire un adaptateur de
cassette dans la fente disposée
de chaque côté de la cassette.
Presser l'adaptateur ferme-
ment contre le fond de la
fente.

Vous pourrez introduire
d'autant plus facilement les
cassettes chargées de tubes
que vous aurez bien installé
l'adaptateur.
Insertion des tubes
1 Insérer le tube à 2 manifolds
avec un manifold dans
l'adaptateur.
Etirer légèrement le tube de
manière à pouvoir insérer le
deuxième arrêt dans l'autre
adaptateur.

Ne pas tordre le tube!
2 Remettre toutes les cassettes
sur la tête à galets et les y
fixer. Veiller à ce qu'elles
crochent bien des deux côtés.

La direction de la flèche
gravée sur la cassette indique
le sens d'écoulement qui
génère la moindre pulsation
3 Remettre la pompe en service

Lorsque la pompe n’est pas
utilisée pendant un certain
temps, libérer les cassettes de
la languette de fixation sur un
côté.
