The limited warranty set forth below is given by Neoprene Distributors International Inc.
DBA: Aqua Sports Technology with respect to the
ISLAND HOPPER™
water
trampolines and water bouncers purchased and used in the United States. Your
ISLAND
HOPPER™
water trampoline is warranted against manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you feel the product is
defective, DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE RETAILER. Call Aqua Sports Technology
directly at (530) 268-7310 and speak with a customer service representative to receive a
return authorization for the part in question or instructions on how to repair the part.
RETURNED UNITS NOT SUPPORTED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE ORIGINAL BOX WILL BE REFUSED.
When returning any
ISLAND HOPPER
™ water trampoline part or water bouncer,
return product in original box and include the bill of sale or invoice of purchase. Shipping
Charges must be PREPAID and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any products
covered under this limited warranty will be returned to you without charge. This limited
warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not apply in
the following cases:
1. Loss or damage due to Abuse, mishandling, alternations, accident, failure to follow
operation instructions, poor maintenance or storage, over inflation or environmental
conditions. Rope ties, handles, d-rings, frame straps are not covered under warranty.
2. Wear and tear from normal use and weathering.
3. Punctures by sharp objects or consumer misuse.
4. Rodents, such as muskrats, are attracted to the PVC vinyl and have been known to
chew holes and cause damage. This problem can be avoided by removing the trampoline
from the water when not in use.
5. Under or over inflation. Blow outs from over inflation are not covered under warranty.
Seams stressed by weight of use when tube is under inflated are not covered under
warranty.
No other warranty applies except the above mentioned, nor can any be given by any
person, firm or corporation without the expressed written consent of Neoprene
Distributors International DBA: Aqua Sports Technology.
Neoprene Distributors International DBA: Aqua Sports Technology shall not be liable for
loss of revenue of profit, failure to realize profit or other benefits, or for incidental or
consequential damages resulting from the inability to use the product. Nor shall recovery
of any kind against Neoprene Distributors International DBA: Aqua Sports Technology be
greater in amount then the purchase price of the product sold by Neoprene Distributors
International DBA: Aqua Sports Technology. This limited warranty shall not extend to
anyone other then the original purchaser of any product or the person for whom it was
purchased. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
