二、說明 (Operation Instruction)：
1.請先將間歇時間歸零，並將潤滑時間設定在 10 秒，待出油後再配
管(間歇時間歸零後，約 60 秒即給油一次)所有潤滑點均出油後，
再自行調整所需的間歇及潤滑時間。
1. For the first time using, please set the intermittent time and lubricating
time at zero and 10 respectively. Then make piping after oil is discharged.
(Oil will be discharged actually with a cycle time of 60 sec, when
intermittent time is set at zero) Operator shall re-adjust the adequate
intermittent time and lubricating time after every lubricating point could
discharge oil normally.
2.間歇時間須為潤滑時間 5 倍以上，建議最短間歇時間為 3 分鐘。
2. The intermittent time should be set at least 5 times than the lubricating
time, and the proposed minimum intermittent time is 3 minutes.
三、故障檢修排除 (Trouble shutting)：
1.如給油點無油時，請先將油機與配管分離，間歇時間歸零待油機
潤滑燈亮後看是否有油打出，如油機供油正常，表示配管中可能有
阻塞或管路破裂之情形。
1.Disassemble piping when oil could not be discharged. Set intermittent
time at 0, power on and check if oil could be discharged or not. If oil could
be discharged normally, it may be that pipe is choked or crashed, please
change pipe.
2.如遇到所有指示燈不亮，請先檢查輸入電源是否正常。
2.Check power line when all indicating lamps are out.
3.油機供油量如有不足情形，清洗底部濾網。
3.Clean the filter when oil discharged insufficiently.
4.請每兩個月清洗一次油箱,并清潔或更換加油口和吸油口濾網。
4.Please clean the oil tank per every two months , and also clean or change
the oil inlet and the filter of gear pump.
