The equipment is suitable for preservation, display and sale of ice-cream.
4.0 ENVIRONMENTAL FUNCTIONING CONDITIONS
This equipment has been designed and built to supply the best peformances in 4 climatic class ( + 30 C° / 55%
U.R.). However even more in more critical environmental conditions ( i.e. + 35 C°/70% U.R.) it maintains good
performances.
