  Unwrap the hardware. It is good 

practice to lay out all hardware and 

cross reference against the parts list.

 

Mount recovery points using the 

factory OEM hardware. Using 

1Xm12x50mm and 1Xm12x40mm.

  Unwrap winch cradle, bar brackets.

12.

  Fit bar outer brackets to the front 

of vehicle. Do not tighten the bolts 

at this stage as adjustment will be 

required once bull bar is installed.

 

M12X40mm x 6

 

Repeat step for opposite side.

13.

  Mount recovery points using the 

factory OEM hardware. Also use 

1XM12x50mm to mount the front 

point. 

 

NOTE:

 don’t mount the side point 

mount as this will mount through 

cradle and recovery point. 

 

Repeat step on other side.

14.

  Loosely Bolt up 6 x N#35 

(M12x1.5x40mm washer, spring 

washer and nut) through the winch 

cradle and side brackets.
