Step 12
Remove two sets of
Pre-installed Hardware
Ta3.
Insert the small ends of
the L-Shaped Tube (Left)
T4A and
L-Shaped Tube (Right)
T4B into the
sockets of
the Elbow Tube
T8A.
The
Weld
ed
bracket of the
L-Shaped Tube (Left) T4A and L-
Shaped Tube (Right) T4B
Should
face outside.
Insert
the
small end of
Straight Tube
T5 into the opening of
the L-Shaped Tube (Left) T4A and
L-Shaped Tube (Right) T4B
, align the holes.
Secure using
the
two sets of
Pre-installed Hardware
Ta3 that were removed.
Step 13
Remove two sets of
Pre-installed Hardwa
re Ta1 and Ta2.
Align the Handlebar Base Tube (Left)
T7A to the outside of
the L-Shaped Tube
(Left)
T4A, and
put
the Handlebar Base Tube (Right)
T7B to the outside of
the L-
Shaped Tube (Right)
T4B, align the holes.
Secure using
the
two sets of
Pre-installed Hardware
Ta1 for the upper hole of
the
Handlebar Base Tube (Left)
T7A and
Handlebar Base Tube (Right)
T7B.
Secure using two sets of
Pre-installed Hardware
Ta2 for the lower hole of
Handlebar Base
Tube (Left)
T7A and
Handlebar Base Tube (Right)
T7B.
Note: The bolt set Ta1 is longer than the Ta2.
Do not over-tighten the screws as it will make STEP 15 more difficult to assemble.
