connect to a smart-
phone or tablet.
The Wi-Fi password is incorrect.
Enter the correct Wi-Fi password.
Too many Wi-Fi signals around the device.
To enable stable network access, you are advised to move the device
to an area with a limited number of Wi-Fi networks, or to an area without
Wi-Fi coverage.
The image of the
object being observed
is missing.
Looking through glass.
Remove any glass windows from the field of view.
The image quality or
contrast is poor.
Likely occurs when using the device in harsh
weather, such as snow, rain, high humidity
and fog.
—
When the device
is used at a low
temperature, the
imaging quality is
worse than that at
normal temperature.
At temperatures above freezing, temperature
differentials will increase between observed
objects and the background. As a result,
temperature contrast will increase, and
the image quality will improve. At low
temperatures, the background can cool down
to a similar temperature and the image quality
(fine detail) will decrease accordingly. This is
a characteristic of all thermal imaging devices
and should not be considered a defect.
